Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to Nikki Nocky Noo and shall govern the sale and purchase of products throughout the website.

Order Process

Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the Products that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order.

We reserve the right to refuse an order or cancel a contract. Non-acceptance of an order or cancellation of a contract may, for example, result from one of the following:

A. The product ordered being unavailable from stock.
B. Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment.
C. The identification of an error within the Product information, including price or promotion. If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. If we do refuse an order or cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your debit/credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

If we accept an order from you for a product which is then reduced in the sale before you receive it, please contact us. We will tell you whether or not the product has been dispatched and the following provisions shall apply:

A. If the product has not been dispatched, we will refund to you the difference between the price you paid and the then current sale price, subject always to our right to cancel set out above.
B. If the product has been dispatched, then when you receive the product, you should return it in accordance with the returns policy below requesting a refund and then re-order the product at the sale price.


You must during the checkout process pay the prices of the products your order.

Payments can be made through Paypal or Stripe

If you fail to pay to us any amount due under these terms and conditions in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions, then we may withhold the products ordered and/or by written notice to you at any time cancel the contract of sale for the products.

If you make an unjustified credit care, debit card or other chargeback then you will be liable to pay us with in 7 days following the date of our written request.

A. An amount equal to the amount of the charge back.
B. all third party expenses incurred by us in relation to the charge-back (including charges made by our or your back or payment processor or card issuer)
C. An administration fee of £25.00 and
D. All our reasonable costs, losses and expenses incurred in recovering the amounts referred to in this section (including without limitation legal fees and debt collection fees)

and for the avoidance of doubt, if you fail to recognise or fail to remember the source of an entry on your card statement or other financial statement, and make a charge-back as a result, this will constitute an unjustified charge-back.

Product Descriptions

The description of the goods you order will, as far as possible, be as shown on our website at the time you placed your order. However, whilst every care is taken by us to ensure that the description and specification of our goods are correct at the time of publication, due to the limitations of photography, broadcasting, browser software, and other factors beyond our control, the colour of goods you receive may differ slightly from the website reproduction.
We are also subject to, and can accept no liability for, changes in specifications imposed upon us by our suppliers. If you are in any way dissatisfied with goods you receive from us, you may return these in accordance with our returns policy.

Product Prices

The price of your order (exclusive of delivery) will be as shown on our website at the time you place your order. However, they may be subject to change.

Every effort is made by us to ensure that the prices shown on our website are accurate when you place your order. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.

If you choose to cancel your order we will refund or credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited to your credit card for the cancelled goods.

Distance Contracts: Cancellation Right

You have the right to cancel your order made with us through or website within 14 days after you are in receipt of the order or 14 days after the receipt of the last piece of the order arriving.

In order to cancel a product, you must inform us or your decision to cancel. You may inform us by means of any clear statement setting out the decision. You may inform us by email. You must tell us of your decision to cancel before the end of the 14 days.

If you cancel an order after the products have been sent to you, you must send the products back to us at Nikki Nocky Noo, 33 Manor Close, Wroughton, Swindon, Wilts, SN4 9JN. You must do this not later than 14 days after the day on which you inform us of your decision to cancel the order. You must pay the cost of returning the products.

If you cancel an order in accordance with the above instructions you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid to us in respect of the order including the costs of delivery to you, except if you chose a kind of deliver costing more than the least expensive kind of delivery that we offer, we reserve the right to retain the difference in cost between the kind of delivery you chose and the least expensive kind of delivery that we offer.

We will refund money using the same method used to make the payment.

If we have not sent the products to you at the time of withdrawal or cancellation we will process a refund due to you without undue delay and, in any case within the period of 14 days after the day on which we are informed of the cancellation.

Voucher & Discount Codes

Only one promotional code/voucher for discounts, free delivery via the website may be used per order unless stated, otherwise and such codes are valid for one transaction only. Promotional codes/vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount (ie sale goods) offer or voucher. Promotional codes/vouchers apply to Nikki Nocky Noo only unless otherwise stated. Promotional codes/vouchers excludes any charge for home delivery. We reserve the right to remove or amend conditions of promotional codes/vouchers as necessary, this does not affect your statuary rights as a consumer. Promotional codes/vouchers for free delivery apply to the standard UK delivery service.

Multiple Purchase Discounts Please note that when returning products where a discount has been applied for multiple purchase (eg 20% when you buy 2 pieces or gift box discounts the discount will no longer apply if returning only part of the multiple purchase. 

Returns / Exchange Policy

You may cancel your contract with us for the products you order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you receive the products. To cancel an order, you must notify us either by email: or telephone: 07986730133 quoting your name and order number. 

Full priced: Products must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition with original garment tags still attached, 30 days after receipt. Nikki Nocky Noo will not accept returns of non-faulty products that have been worn, used and/or garment tags removed. In such cases, the customer will be informed and the product(s) will be returned to the customer. 

Sale Products: must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition with original garment tags still attached, up to 14 days after receipt only. Nikki Nocky Noo will not accept returns of non-faulty Products that have been worn, used and/or garment tags removed. In such cases, the customer will be informed and the product(s) will be returned to the customer. 

If you have requested a refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s card for the sum paid within 30 days of receipt of your notice to cancel.

If you would like an exchange for a different size or an alternative product, please supply your payment details on the returns form so we can process a new order for you and refund you for the returned product(s). This will ensure a fast exchange process and next day delivery service.

Please note, you will receive free delivery on your first exchange, subsequent exchanges on the same order will be charged standard delivery. Please send all returns to: Nikki Nocky Noo, 33 Manor Close, Wroughton, Swindon, Wilts SN4 9JN. Please note that the customer is responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning products. Nikki Nocky Noo will not offer a refund on returned products, which are lost or damaged in the post. We strongly recommend that products are returned using registered post and that you keep your proof of posting certificate. Please Note: Refunds can take up to 28 days to process. If you wish to exchange any items from your order, we offer all our customers free delivery providing it is within the 30 day time frame.

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver products you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident. The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
